About

PixelDrift started as a group chat where a few of us traded tips on whatever game had eaten our week. At some point we had so many notes that a proper site made more sense than another wall of screenshots.

The way we pick games is simple: someone on the team gets hooked, plays it for a real amount of time, and then we decide together whether it's worth a full write-up. We don't chase every release. If a game feels shallow after a few hours, it usually doesn't make the cut.

Everything you read here comes from actual playthroughs. We take our own notes, hit the same walls you do, and try to explain the parts that tripped us up. When something is genuinely confusing, we say so instead of pretending the design is flawless.

We're a small crew scattered across a couple of cities, but the editing all happens in one place. If a guide is wrong or outdated, we'd rather hear about it and fix it than leave it sitting there.
